Terms and Conditions for TeamComm

Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using the TeamComm app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

 

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use TeamComm. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are fully capable and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms.

• To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• You retain ownership of any content you post on TeamComm ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of Your Content.

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TeamComm and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any content from the Service without our express written permission.

Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so at any time by following the instructions on the Service.

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Minnesota.

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
